A song inspired by the poem Inversnaid by Gerard Manley Hopkins, a Victorian poet that wrote the poem after vising Inversnaid - located on the east bank of Loch Lommond - and being inspired by it's natural beauty. The poem is considered an early form of conservationalism literature.

Also shout out to the unknown piper that is featured on this track, I was in the woods near my house and heard this piper practicing, I recorded some of their playing on my phone, but I couldn't actually find them, to ask for a proper recording, or their name etc. Hopefully I can bump into them and give them the credit they are due, but until then keep up the good work mystery piper.
